ALL FEMALE CALVES BORN ON FAYE FARMS ARE RAISED TO BE FUTURE MILK COWS.  OUR MALE CALVES ARE EITHER SOLD FOR BEEF PRODUCTION OR WE KEEP THEM TO RAISE FOR VEAL. ALL calves AT FAYE FARMS are raised in their natural environment.  Calves have 100% access to their mother for nursing milk as well as access to pasture with the dairy herd. CALVES RAISED FOR VEAL ARE never confined nor do they ever RECEIVE any sort of medication or growth stimulant.
