Experience the sweet tender meat of hogs raised on milk. In addition to milk they are fed a diet of local grains as well as alfalfa and grasses. No additional medications or hormones are given to these hogs.  Availability varies, please call if you need something specific.

It comes in one pound packages.

GROUND PORK (unseasoned) $5.00/LB

Much leaner than the breakfast sausage.  Comes in one pound packages. 

PORK CHOPS $6.50/LB 

There are 2 chops per package and they are cut 1 inch thick.  Packages are around 1 lb. each.

BRATS $6.50/LB

5 per package.  Each package weighs approximately 1.5 lbs

ITALIAN SAUSAGE LINKS $6.50/LB

4-5 Links per package.  Each package weighs approximately 1.5 lbs 

PORK CUTLETS $7.00/LB 

2 per package.  No bone, extra lean, ran through meat tenderizer

PORK STEAKS $5.50/LB 

PORK ROAST $5.00/LB

This includes shoulder, loin and fresh hams.  Most roasts are around 3-4 lbs each.

SPARE RIBS $4.50/LB

FRESH SIDE PORK $7.00/LB 

Fresh side pork is uncured bacon.  Packages are a tad bit under 1 lb.
