Floppy Hen
Our favorite hen, Floppy Hen, hatched out three baby chicks this week. This was a very exciting event for our three boys. Floppy Hen is our first hen to hatch her own chicks.

Red Stars
Here's a couple of our 5 week old Red Star pullets. The Red Stars are very curious and friendly. They will even let you pick them up without having to chase them around.

This little guy is a Holstein/Ayrshire/Dexter cross. He's 50 pounds of pure cuteness.

Here's a little Normande/Ayrshire cross heifer. We were so excited when she was born. She was our first red Normande.

We freshened out 25 cows and heifers after the big move. Here is a Holstein/Ayrshire cow with her new calf.

What a site! A little hawk flew into the pen of our favorite sow Praline. After getting sniffed by a big sow the little hawk flew away.
